Please note that the application must be printed and turned in to the Stadium Apartments office or mailed to:

2. Please follow up on your application by telephone or e-mail within one week of mailing the application, or your application will not receive further consideration.
3. Please read our leasing policies before you apply.

The following are errors commonly made when submitting applications:

A) Applicant does not meet income qualifications and neglects to provide co-signer information (Name, Address, Telephone Number, and Social Security Number).

B) Applicants who are not married do not submit individual applications. (Please note unless you are currently married, you must submit individual applications.)

C) Applicant does not provide all requested information.

D) Application is not accompanied by the twenty dollar ($20.00) application fee per application.

E) Applicant has not specified date and/or type of apartment desired.

Please note that applications with the aforementioned errors will not be considered.

Verification of Employment Form: We require that this form be used if and only if the applicant wishes to be considered without a co-signer. We use this form to verify that the applicant meets our income qualifications (please see leasing policies.) Applicants requiring this form should complete numbers 1,7 & 8 and have their employer complete Part II. The completed form should be turned in with the application.

6. All applicants must show a current photo ID (drivers license, passport or visa) when turning in the application. If you are mailing the application please include a photocopy of this ID.
